Made up by bycicle lovers, this group of citizens meet every Wednesday to “pedal” around the city
and its various locations. It takes off every Wednesday at 8pm from neighbourhood Carlos E
Restrepo and the rides are 10 km or more.
It first began September 22, 2010 (the international NO CAR day) and it has remained since.
Anyone is welcome to join it.

LA SETENTA (70th street)

“La Setenta” or 70th Street, also called “El colombiano Avenue”, carries along itself histories of

You can come at any time of day and you’ll always find something to do, it is a street that barely
sleeps!

PARQUES DEL RIO (The river park)

MIRADOR DE LAS PALMAS (Las palmas viewpoint)

This viewpoint is located about 25 minutes going up from San Diego, and from here you will be
able to see all of the Aburrá Valley and the stunning mountains that surround it; it truly is a sight

Pueblito paisa is a replica of Antioquia’s traditional country villages in the old days. It was built on
1978 at the top of the Nutibara heel located in the inner city. Its a very touristic site with amazing
views, visited not only by touristic but also by locals. Due to its great winds, people also come
here to fly their kytes.
While visiting, you can also have a taste of our favorite local food and visit the city museum which
contains memories of the City.

It is called the “flow” basement, playing the best afrocaribbean music in the city. Here, anyone can
become your dance partner. Nobody really cared if you can dance or not Best, it’s all about

Botanical Garden “Joaquin Antonio Uribe”

It is a botanical garden of about 13.2 hectares, located in the Colombian city of Medellín. It has a venue for events called the Orquideorama, an architectural place for the exhibition of flowers. The Garden has the status of being a center of culture and environmental and botanical education, with enormous floristic richness, and is home to more than 1,000 living species and 4,500 individuals.

Attention schedule:
Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
On Mondays, except holidays and Tuesdays after Monday holidays, we close to the public for maintenance of our spaces.

There is no admission cost.
